DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) announced today that Randy
Simpson and Matt Ripperger, Tenet Directors and employees of Glenview
Capital Management, have resigned from the Tenet Board of Directors,
effective August 17, 2017.
Tenet disclosed the resignations in a Form 8-K filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission today.
