I have old NME stock certificates. Do I need to exchange them for Tenet shares?

Q:

I have old NME stock certificates. Do I need to exchange them for Tenet shares?

A:

NME changed its name to Tenet in 1995, after completing the acquisition of AMI. Your NME certificates are still valid; you are not required to exchange them for Tenet stock certificates. However, we do recommend keeping records up to date. If you choose to exchange your NME certificates for Tenet certificates, you may do so through Computershare.
